Golfers, sponsors, and community supporters came together for the 8th Annual Hole in Fun Golf Tournament with a Hawaiian luau theme, held at Old Union Golf Course, raising an impressive $10,000 for Union County Family Connection.
The fundraiser brought together 19 teams for a day of golf, fellowship, and community support. The event also received tremendous backing from local businesses and organizations, with 40 sponsors contributing to the success of the tournament. A big thank you to Chick-Fil-A for providing lunch for the event. The tournament demonstrated once again what can happen when a community comes together for a good cause.
The Hole in Fun tournament provided an opportunity for participants to enjoy a beautiful day on the course while supporting the important work of Union County Family Connection. Funds raised through the event will help support the organization’s efforts to strengthen families and connect children and families with resources and opportunities within the community. The success of the tournament would not have been possible without the generosity of the sponsors, players, volunteers, and everyone who helped organize and support the event.
Organizers expressed their appreciation to everyone who participated, sponsored, volunteered, or otherwise contributed to making the event a success.
